It's the middle of May, and the lockdown orders have begun to lift in many parts of the country. In other regions, there are at least plans in place for reopening. How exactly the dining rooms would look like after reopening, is anyone's guess. Here are some interesting takes.
One thing is clear, the industry-wide hard-shift to off-premise sales is real, and it is here to stay. We have begun working on some specific features related to takeout orders based on that insight and learnings from the latest call patterns. You will hear about the same in the coming days.
